When you import a playlist, the video IDs are stored in the "Load Videos" textbox. To combine playlists, copy the contents of the "Load Videos" textbox after importing the first playlist. Then, import another playlist and paste the first playlist's video IDs at the end of the textbox. Ensure the comma seperated format is used correctly. Finally, click "Load Videos" again to load the combined playlist.
